Feminomics is a boutique consulting firm specialised in women's economic empowerment. We work at the intersection of Gender, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and the Economy. Because Feminomics' experience is with governments, the private sector, non profits, international institutions and foundations we are able to envision unique connections, winning outcomes and create positive enabling environments around issues and programs encouraging women's economic well being and women's economic contribution to their communities and countries.Research shows us that where women are empowered economically, the benefits to families and communities is significantly greater that when similar economic resources are concentrated in the hands of male family members. Women are the majority of the world's poor. Improving the economic well being of women is key to eradicating poverty and is at the center of all Feminomics' work. We are particularly interested in l women's economic roles and women's contribution to economic growth, l the importance of public policy to enhancing women's actual and potential economic strength l the poverty reduction impact associated with unleashing the economic power of women.
