Our primary interest in the field of leadership is supporting all players who are working to accelerate the movement of women into leadership positions in all sectors of the economy all over the world. Feminomics has an in-depth understanding of the structural and cultural barriers that influence women's move into leadership roles, rich experience in models and programs that have successfully accelerated women's rise into leadership positions, and has worked with a broad range of groups implementing changes to ensure improved gender balance in leadership roles.
