Feminomics provides advisory, consulting and training services in the area of gender equality, gender mainstreaming and gender budgeting. We work with our own proprietary methodology which is focused on client service as opposed to traditional human rights approaches. This unique focus results in enhanced service delivery for both men and women and ensures that the needs of all clients have been included in policy development, project analysis and budget allocations. We work with governments, non-profits and international institutions. Most importantly, our approach results in buy-in from policy makers, embeds the notion of gender and gender equality throughout an organization and encourages the organization, not the consultants, to run with the project, and most importantly results in life changing attitude shifts in those people, both men and women, who participate.
